Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA)
SQA is the Scottish Qualifications Agency which is Scotland’s National educational awarding body. It is responsible for designing and assessing Scotland’s school, university and workplace qualifications. All qualifications have in-built progression routes and are recognised internationally.
SQA qualifications are high quality, flexible and relevant to industry and are designed to suit the changing needs of different countries and industry providers. They provide a route to employment, developing the skills of staff and can provide advanced university entry. A number of SQA qualifications are recognised by professional bodies.
3 passes at A/Level or successful completion of International Foundation Programme or equivalent.
A graduate can start employment as a management trainee and climb up the ladder to become an executive/Managers in general administration, marketing, HRM, operations or sales.
